Shipping
We ship artwork with care and use trusted carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. CLAUG Creative Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

All images, text, and content on claug.art are the property of CLAUG Creative Studio or the respective artists and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
CLAUG Creative Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any artwork.

Return Policy
All sales at CLAUG Creative Studio are final. Because our works are original pieces of art and limited edition prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at milena@claug.art with photos documenting the damage. We will review each case individually and work with you to find the best solution.
